Being successful in a job hinges upon not only your job skills but also your people skills (i.e. communication skills). In today’s competitive and complex business world, effective communication is paramount. It is the foundation on which companies and careers are built. Whether it is a simple face-to-face exchange or communication to a large group, effective communication requires conveying the information with focus, clarity and with attention to the needs and views of the participant.
